Delicious fresh soba, we tried tofu & pork belly with a side of Okinawan rice & Okinawan fuit juice. Great authentic experince & prices and friendly staff. They even had an English menu.A must try restaurant & family friendly! Open only at lunch 11:30-15:00, at least when we were here in June on a Sunday.

Have 3 menus ; Soki-Soba(Noodle with stewed pork gristle),Niku-Soba(Noodel with stewed pork back rib), Mixed. Can order set lunch; Juci(flavored rice) and desert(muscovado pudding).Jucy is too complexed flavor for me, noodel is good.Original spice, hot paste made form chili and flat lemon, is exquisite!Old-okinawa-style house is extraordinary cozy.

We had Soba with Rib. The meat was for me as an European too fatty. The brew was so amazing, i felt really really well after and while drinking it - nice!The only point I found a little disappointing was that my boyfriends soba was a little bit bigger than mine. The little restaurant was really cozy and traditional with a cute shrine at the entrance. It’s a really nice place.

I found their shop flag along 505, it's located to right behind the road. You might have a hard time to enter the site if you're driving a big car since the space between the gate is very narrow. Old Okinawan style house is renovated and used as a shop, I felt very cozy and relaxing. There's one table with chairs outside and 5 or more inside (seating on the tatami floor). If you order a meal, brown sugar pudding comes as a dessert.

We went around 12:30 on Saturday, but about 4 families were waiting outside.The parking lot in front of the store can only be stopped by about 8 cars, and the entrance is narrow, so I stopped at the second parking lot about 100 meters below. If you are not good at parking, I recommend the second parking lot.Nakijin soba tastes as expected! The pudding that comes with the set is also delicious again (๑´ڡ`๑)

Super delicate but deep and complex soup, coupled with hearty noodles and toppings. This was hands down the best Okinawa Soba I have ever had. And it’s even open for dinner!

It was the third best in Okinawa, the best in the morning. There are some famous shops in the headquarters, but it is crowded and locals do not go. It is hard to understand a bit here but the appearance of an old private house is satisfactory, and there is plenty of value to aim here.
